As a US government contractor, we comply with various governmental agencies to deliver medical services in austere and often remote environments. While austere environments are also remote, remote environments are not always austere.
That means Alleanza is equipped to provide extensive implementation of comprehensive medical programs throughout the world based on clients’ needs, no matter the location, terrain or whether existing medical resources are available. The company works with its operations arm, Komodo Korps, to deliver austere environment services.
Pre-Deployment & Annual Medical Evaluations
Alleanza offers extensive experience in designing, directing, and implementing comprehensive medical and dental evaluation programs under The Department of the Army Personnel Policy Guidance for Overseas Contingency Operations and the most current modification of the US CENTCOM Individual Protection and Individual-Unit Deployment Policy.
The company developed a unique experience- driven, field-tested approach to conduct US CENTCOM compliant evaluations, drug screening, and related tasks while maintaining clients’ critical workflow timelines.
Mini Mobile Point-of-Care Clinic
Alleanza rapidly deploys, within 48-72 hours, its own highly trained, licensed and/or certified remote independent duty medical provider to challenging austere environments. They travel equipped with an Alleanza-designed Mini Mobile Mission Specific (M3S) Clinic that enables US CENTCOM compliant medical evaluations and drug screenings.
This solution uses the very latest Point-of-Care Diagnostics and wireless/satellite Telemedicine & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform to facilitate the operation.
Turnkey Remote Clinics
Alleanza personnel work “hand-in-glove” with global partners, serving as prime contractor or prime subcontractor, to rapidly build, equip, staff, and manage turnkey mobile clinic operations throughout remote regions of the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Central Asia.
Alleanza delivers comprehensive operational components including overall program management, recruitment of key medical personnel, and management of rapid response medical teams.
Specialized Training
Alleanza offers a series of unique programs to assist professional responders, public and private organizations’ employees and students living, working, studying, or traveling through high risk, potentially hostile areas.
The courses and consulting services augment personal and organizational safety and security plans in place or assist in building appropriate plans to suit client-specific needs.
Certain courses, such as NAEMT, Air Medical Crew and others, may be developed and/or conducted jointly with partner certifying organizations. Komodo Korps amplifies these programs with unique medical, dental, surgical, and other programmatic components designed to create a distinctive participant experience.
